Terms of Service

1. Booking and Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing. A deposit of 50% of the total fee is required to secure your booking date. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the shoot or event.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled date will receive a full refund minus a 10% administrative fee. Cancellations made 7-14 days before the date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the date are non-refundable.

3. Usage Rights

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client receives rights to use the images for the specific purpose outlined in the booking agreement. All copyright and intellectual property rights remain with the photographer/client as per standard industry practice. I retain the right to use images from shoots in my portfolio and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed.

4. Payment Terms

All rates are quoted in GBP and are subject to VAT where applicable. Payment can be made via bank transfer or other agreed methods. Late payments may incur additional charges.

5. Travel and Expenses

For bookings outside of London, reasonable travel expenses including transportation and accommodation will be charged separately. These costs will be agreed upon before confirmation of the booking.

6. Model Release

By booking my services, clients agree to provide appropriate model release forms for any commercial usage. I reserve the right to decline work that does not align with my professional standards or personal values.

7. Liability

While I take every precaution to ensure professionalism and safety, I am not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from bookings. Clients are responsible for ensuring appropriate insurance coverage for their productions.

8. Schedule Changes

In the event that I need to cancel or reschedule due to illness or emergency, I will provide as much notice as possible and work with you to find an alternative date. In such cases, all deposits will be refunded or transferred to the new booking date.

9. Professional Conduct

I expect all clients and crew members to maintain professional conduct at all times. Any form of harassment or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the booking without refund.

10. Changes to Terms

I reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of my services constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.
